ANRO began as a dream held close to our hearts — a dream to build something meaningful, lasting, and rooted in the values we cherish most: faith, family, and service. As husband and wife, and as co‑owners and managing partners, we created ANRO with the hope that it would one day become a thriving legacy for our family. What started as a vision has grown into a place where people feel supported, inspired, and equipped to do their best work.

At the center of that vision is the ANRO Business & Event Center. Our Business Center is a space designed to bring people together. We wanted to create an environment where professionals could work with focus, collaborate with ease, and feel a sense of belonging. Our shared office model offers everything from hot desks to private offices, meeting rooms, and fully furnished workspaces — all crafted to make work feel a little lighter and a lot more productive. For remote workers, entrepreneurs, and small teams, ANRO offers the structure, community, and resources that help ideas flourish.

Our Event Center reflects that same heart. With two beautifully designed spaces, a content streaming room, and a podcast studio, we’ve created a place where people can celebrate, create, and connect. Whether it’s a milestone moment or a business gathering, we want every guest to feel welcomed and cared for.

HR Resources Connection (HRRC)

Founded by Rodrena in 2022, HRRC grew out of her desire to help small business owners navigate the challenges of building strong, people‑centered organizations. After years of leading in HR, she saw firsthand how overwhelming compliance, leadership development, and organizational growth can be — especially for entrepreneurs who are trying to do it all. HRRC was created to walk alongside them, offering guidance, support, and practical solutions that help businesses thrive from the inside out.

 

Amplify Financial Services

Anthony’s passion for financial empowerment led him to create Amplify Financial Services, where he brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and credit management to the community. His heart is to make tax preparation simple, clear, and stress‑free for individuals and small businesses. At Amplify, clients are treated like family — with patience, honesty, and a commitment to helping them feel confident in their financial decisions.
